How OLI Corp Designs and Builds Outdoor Living Structures

Transparency matters when you are investing in a permanent outdoor kitchen or BBQ island. Here is how Outdoor Living Innovations (OLI Corp) typically takes a project from first call to finished structure.

1. Consultation

Share how you cook and entertain, photos of the yard, and any appliances you already own or want. We talk layout, size, and finish direction. Calling hours are 9am–5pm, Monday–Saturday at (626) 671-2009.

2. Design and 3D Model

We design and model the project in 3D before production. You can review island shape, grill and fridge placement, seating, and overall scale while changes are still easy. That model also guides fabrication.

3. Steel-Frame Construction

Each order is built on a steel frame with cement board sheathing that is mold- and fire-resistant. Steel is protected with an automotive-grade primer. This core is built for outdoor cooking heat and long service life—our builds are intended to last 10+ years without the frame becoming the weak point.

4. Custom Finishes and Equipment Layout

Tile, stucco, stone veneer, countertops, cutouts for grills and appliances, and details like lighting are applied to your design. Every order is different; we do not force a fixed catalog model.

5. Delivery and Install Coordination

We coordinate so the finished piece is delivered and set correctly on site, working with you and any installers or contractors involved on the job.
